  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix the flour, coconut, and salt together in a bowl. Pour in the condensed milk and vanilla and stir well to make a thick batter.
  • Drop the batter by quarter cupful’s onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper allowing an inch of space between the cookies.
  • Bake until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes. Remove from the pan at once and cool on racks.
  • Once the cookies are cool melt chocolate chips in a saucepan. Dip each cookie in melted chocolate and allow to cool.
